Danielle has been practising yoga for over 15 years and is a fully registered 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher.

I love the way yoga makes me feel during and more so after class. I teach a strong yet playful Vinyasa flow yoga with emphasis on moving body with breathe.

In all my classes I encourage students to find a personal practice and strive towards moving in a way to feel good rather than how it look’
