Danielle has been practising yoga for over 10 years. Originally trying a hot yoga class to detox and help to tone the body, she soon realised there was so much more to yoga other than the shapes you make.

Danielle got hooked on the way you feel after a class: more relaxed, more space and somewhat energised. Continuing to explore different style throughout the years she decided to take the 200 hour yoga teacher training course.

When not teaching yoga Danielle is spending times with her 2 young children, exploring the South Downs and taking walks on beach.
